Skechers Unisex GOrun Razor 3 Hyper Running Shoe

Pros: Lightweight and breathable construction Hyper Burst midsole is highly responsive for speedwork

Unlike most shoes that update on a 12-month cycle, the Razor 3 stays longer unchanged because it has been so well received. The new midsole, called Hyperburst, is an EVA-based foam, but it differs from conventional ones due to the way it’s built.

Skechers uses heated CO2 to expand an EVA plastic block, rather than blown air like traditional midsoles. The result is a lighter and stronger foam. In addition to the Razor, which was Meb’s chosen training shoe when he was actively competing, he is a high-speed trainer or running shoe for the rest of us.

In testing, we discovered that Razor likes to be pushed hard and go fast. The foam underfoot is relatively firm, but at the same time, it feels protective and removes roughness from the pavement when it is spinning. The slim, breathable upper and a rubber sole network increase your speed.

Pros: Supreme and soft cushioning. Highly durable shoes that will easily last over 400 miles. Secure upper push-ups seamlessly with foot movement. Excellent sole grip.

Cons: Unstable on uneven surfaces due to high pile height. Expensive (but durable)

The Ghost Line is one of the most durable shoe series in the Brooks family. Now in its twelfth adaptation, the Ghost has been a reliable shoe for runners at all levels for over a decade. The Brooks 12 runs true to size and provides a sock-like fit.

The shoe is heavily padded and features 12mm heel-to-toe compensation. By testing the Brooks 12 on both roads and crushed gravel roads. It performs best on paved surfaces but can handle smooth and well-groomed natural surface paths. The Ghost 12 provides an invariably smooth ride that is ideal for long runs, recovery runs, and high mileage.

The Brooks Ghost 12 is as reliable as a daily trainer and a long-running shoe that will offer a smooth and smooth ride mile after mile. Ghost fans will be delighted to discover that the 12th edition is substantially similar to Ghost 11 with just a couple of updates. Perhaps the most notable difference is an aesthetic update to the shoe upper that uses 3D printed overlays on a mesh designed to provide the smooth.

Adidas Originals Men’s Pulseboost Hd Running Shoes

Adidas created a new midsole when they created the Pulseboost HD called – drumroll – Boost HD. It offers more stability and responsiveness, something you’ll need in the city where these running shoes belong.

Boost HD is the same sole that Ultraboost uses, and we really liked that shoe. Knitted upper is in-line with the latest trend in running shoes, giving your toes freedom while holding them firmly. Knit uppers are great because they fit each individual foot and leave the one-size-fits-all mentality.

For some reason, Adidas thought it was a good idea to put a QR code on the Pulseboost HD’s language that takes you to an exclusive playlist. Hopefully, they’ll update it regularly, or you’ll be running the same music for the next year or two, which could be tedious. In addition to this minor flaw, Pulseboost HD is an excellent running shoe and is worth a try.

Mizuno Wave Rider Running Shoes

Pros: Great fit, Soft-cushioning

Cons: Default color scheme is a bit boring

Although, Wave Rider is not one of the most attractive shoes on the market. What it lacks in appearance it makes up for in comfort at any distance.

Everything about this shoe is made to make those slow training miles as enjoyable as possible. The sturdy upper incorporates a Dynomotion fit fabric that is both supportive and relaxed. The mesh design is stretchy and offers a good level of breathability, and the tongue is nicely padded for a comfortable, padded fit.

When it comes to the midsole, Mizuno has added something called XPOP PU Foam, a material that contains thousands of tiny beads to cushion impact and responsiveness. There is also a ventilation system to keep air moving through the foot during a run.

Covering that soft, cushioned midsole is a fairly thick layer of X-10 carbon rubber that not only offers a good level of grip on wet or slippery terrain but also protects the less durable material underneath.

We have been running in Wave Rider for more than 80 km and at no time have we regretted the training races. He’s definitely not a speed coach, but for those long miles, he’s an excellent companion that will last a long time.

New Balance Men’s Rebel V1 FuelCell Running Shoe

Pros: Lightweight upper, Takeoff specialist

Cons: In true New Balance fashion, size is half the size under

With its bulky cushioning and lateral flange, protruding from the outsole, presumably for added balance, the Rebel is a strange-looking road rider. However, put on your shoe and any questions you have about it will quickly disappear.

It weighs just 208g (for men) and has an inflatable FuelCell cushioning designed to help you run at full speed. The Rebel may be at his best in longer races like half marathons and marathons, but he will certainly also do business in more than 5K and 10K.

Final Say- Best Running Shoes

If you are planning to run a lot, it is definitely worthwhile to get the best running shoes for yourself to avoid injury.

If you are using you running shoes 3-4 times per week, suggest you replace them every 6 months.

Running shoes are a very personal thing.  I have a wide foot and I found ASIC as the best one for me.
