COOKING TIP
Get Your Knives Professionally Sharpened
You may have a steel or a sharpener at home, but once a year, get a pro to revive those knives. Your chopping will get faster, more precise—and, believe it or not, safer.
Instructions
Step 1 Season the chopped chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Step 2 Chop the garlic finely and the ginger into strips—sautee in large skillet pan for 3 minutes.
Step 3 Over medium heat, add the chicken into the skillet and cook with lid for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 4 While cooking, mix the liquids with the xanthan gum in a bowl (except for lime juice and sesame oil).
Step 5 Pour the liquid mix over the chicken and mix to coat well. Cook with cover for another 5 minutes.
Step 6 Once it boils, removes the cover and stir. Cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 7 Turn off the heat as drizzle the lime juice and sesame oil.
Step 8 Give a final stir to mix.
