  • 25 g (1/6 cup or 0.88 oz) chia seeds
  • 50 g (1/3 cup or 1.78 oz) sunflower seeds
  • 50 g (1/3 cup or 1.78 oz) pumpkin seeds
  • 17 g (1/6 cup or 0.6 oz) coconut flour
  • 50 g (1/3 cup or 1.78 oz) psyllium husks
  • 2/3 tsp baking powder
  • 33 g (1/3 stick) melted butter
  • 2 small eggs
  • 160 ml (2/3 cup or 5.4 oz) lukewarm water

Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat your oven at 180°C/350°F

Step 2
In a mixing bowl, put the seeds, flour, husks, and baking powder. Mix well and set aside

Step 3
Using a mixer, cream the butter.

Step 4
Add in the eggs and mix for the 2 minutes.

Step 5
Pour in the flour mixture into the creamed butter. Mix for around 3 minutes.

Step 6
Finally, pour in the lukewarm water. Mix for around 3 minutes until you have a smooth dough without flour lumps.

Step 7
Pour this mixture in a greased tin.

Step 8
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Step 9
Remove from the oven after the baking time. Let cool and cut into 10 slices.
