Deconstructed Bolognese zoodle pasta with that everyone will love.

Here’s another way to enjoy keto zoodle Bolognese. Rich Bolognese sauce made creamy with lots of cheese. Each bite is made more enjoyable with the ready to pick up baked zucchini boats.

Ingredients

Serves 4 people

  • 4 medium zucchini (15-20 g / 0.52 oz each)
  • 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Low Carb Bolognese Sauce (store bought)
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp (0.17 oz) chopped parsley

Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the oven for baking at 390°F/200°C

Step 2
Slice the zucchinis into half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds. Then cut each boat crosswise again.

Step 3
Place the boats in a tray with silicone mat

Step 4
Scoop some sauce and place in the boats. Fill 2/3 of each boat.

Step 5
Sprinkle with cheese over the top.

Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 7
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
