- 4 medium zucchini (15-20 g / 0.52 oz each)
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz) Low Carb Bolognese Sauce (store bought)
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tsp (0.17 oz) chopped parsley

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the oven for baking at 390°F/200°C
Step 2
Slice the zucchinis into half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds. Then cut each boat crosswise again.
Step 3
Place the boats in a tray with silicone mat
Step 4
Scoop some sauce and place in the boats. Fill 2/3 of each boat.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cheese over the top.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
